Click below to nominate a former athlete or coach who you feel is deserving of induction into the CHASE High Athletic Hall of Fame. Inductees will be honored at a home football game this Fall. Please submit your nominations by the end of May 2026.

To be eligible for consideration, nominees must have graduated from CHS at least 5 years ago
